We currently offer shipping to all European Union (EU) countries.

Processing Time

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country. We strive to keep our shipping fees as affordable as possible, ensuring that you receive great value for your purchase.

Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your orders, including PostNord and DHLexpress. Depending on the destination, you’ll be able to choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost, with estimated delivery within 1-3 business days (depending on the destination).

Customs and Import Duties

As we ship from Sweden, all shipments to EU countries are exempt from customs duties. However, please be aware that some countries may charge local VAT or other taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship within the European Union. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, once a package leaves our hands and is with the carrier, we are not responsible for any loss or damage. If your package is lost or damaged, please reach out to us at info@norr-ut.com or contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
